Ed Gambardella, publisher of the Clifton Record and Meridian Tribune, announced earlier this week the hiring of the Quinton Bagley as the new managing editor of the two newspapers.

“We are excited to welcome Quinton and his family to Bosque County and the Moser Community Media, LLC family,” Gambardella said. “He brings a lot of experience and fresh ideas to our publications. I believe he will be a great asset as we move forward.”

Bagley, a native Arkansan, has more than 16 years experience in the newspaper industry. He has served in various roles at papers large and small around Arkansas. His last position was as owner/publisher of the Little River Voice in Ashdown, Ark.

“I am really excited about being in Bosque County,” Bagley said. “I am looking forward to working with this great team of people and I look forward getting to know the people of Bosque County.”

Bagley and his wife, Jamie, have an 11-year-old daughter, KaitLynn.

Allen D. Fisher, who served as managing editor for the Record and the Tribune over the past few months, will remain on staff as a reporter.
