Former students of Clifton High School vocational agriculture teacher Johnnie Lockhart met recently with his grandson John Blair to share their stories of the lasting impact Mr. Lockhart had on their lives.

The Clifton High School Class of 1981 held an impromptu class reunion earlier this year. The reunion was inspired by a classmate who is living out of country interested in meeting up with her former classmates informally in Texas.

Clifton High School will host LaRue Dorsey as its guest speaker on Monday, February 27. Dorsey will speak to the high school students and staff at 9:45 a.m.

The Bosque Democratic Club will host the two representatives of the Texas Democratic Party’s Texas Senate District 22 on Thursday, February 16, at the Clifton Civic Center. Dinner starts at 6 p.m., followed by the meet at 6:30 p.m.
