Commissioners court updates subdivision policy

The Bosque County Commissioners Court unanimously approved updates to the county’s subdivision policy during its regular meeting on Monday, May 15, in Meridian. The updates came recommended by Subdivision / Rural Development Coordinator Tim Jeske and Bosque County Emergency Management Coordinator Kirk Turner, with advice from legal council retained by the county.

The Meridian High School Class of 2023 will hold its commencement exercises in the high school gym this Friday, May 26, starting at 7 p.m. Twenty-eight members of the MHS’s senior class will receive their diplomas from Meridian Independent School District.

The Meridian Economic Development Corporation approved a financial reimbursement to a local restaurant owner for new signage during its regular meeting on Thursday, May 18. The $3,298 reimbursement to restaurateur Mike Robbins was part of his larger plan to renovate the RobbinsNest Café’s building in Meridian.
