Brooks takes the title

Riley Brooks of Meridian won the title of National Elite Mini Miss Lone Star State on Sunday, March 14th. The pageant was held in Houston at the Westin Memorial. Brooks, the daughter of Ben and Ashton Brooks, will now advance to the NEM National pageant this summer. Courtesy Photo
