Skeeter the Clown invites you to experience the Culpepper and Merriweather Circus at the Clifton Fairgrounds on Thursday, Oct. 12.
Skeeter visited the area the week prior to drum up awareness for America’s favorite Big Top Circus.
She said she loves being a part of the circus because there’s always something going on.
