Council approves 2022-23 budget, ad valorem tax rate

After a public hearing on the 2022 ad valorem tax rate and 2022-23 budget, Meridian City Council approved both ordinances. The city is keeping the tax rate at 50 cents and expects property values to bring in more revenue.
