Fire spread remains low, chiefs not ready to act
“Hope you enjoyed the rain we got because that’s it for a while,” Bosque County EMC Kirk Turner told commissioners Monday morning.
Commissioners took no action to instate a burn ban in Bosque County. On the recommendation of the county’s fire chiefs, Turner advised the court that the departments would like to “sit on it” and continue discussions next week.
