Sigler cites decision made against ‘overwhelming weight of evidence’
Former Bosque County Treasurer Carla Sigler filed a motion with the district court for a new trial last week, citing that the jury’s answer to whether she had failed to complete the continuing education required for the twelvemonth period between Jan. 1, 2021, and Dec. 31, 2021, had been made against an “overwhelming weight of evidence.”
