On Saturday Jan. 29 Meridian came out to support the Meridian Assistant Fire Chief Michael Walker as he recovers from COVID-19.
Walker collapsed from COVID-19 while in the hospital waiting for his wife to undergo surgery. Walker was immediately hospitalized and placed on life support for 23 days. After he was taken off life support, Walker was moved to a long-term care facility where he’s gone…
