A little gem of a company was started in the hills of Mustang Valley back in 1975, just a short distance from town. It was started to solve a problem, a big problem born of adversity. And it was solved by the strong work ethic, ingenuity and gumption of H.C. and Ruth Tucker, John Hastings, Jr., William Hanson, Roland Millsap and Lonnie Tergerson.
The problem? No water!
