Congressman Roger Williams (TX-25) is now collecting submissions for the 2022 Congressional Art Competition.
Every spring, each U.S. Congressional District is given the opportunity to participate in this contest as a way to recognize and encourage the artistic talent of their high school students. Each district will choose one piece of artwork to be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
