MeadowOak Farms in Meridian has sold the wool from their sheep to Texas A&M for the past three years, and this past Thursday was the day to collect. Dr. Shawn Ramsey, Professor and Assistant Head of Undergraduate Programs in Animal Science, along with three of his students, were on hand to collect and bag the wool as shearers from MeadowOak Farms sheared the flock of Delaine Merino.
